An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Associate (up to 4 years\’ PQE) to join a market-leading Private Funds practice within a top-tier City law firm. This is a standout chance to support one of the firm’s most prominent clients across a wide range of fund-related matters.
đź’Ľ The Role
You\’ll play a central role in managing day-to-day advisory and transactional matters, acting as a lead Associate and key liaison across legal, compliance, tax, finance and operations teams. Work will include:
- Providing international regulatory guidance
- Supporting multi-jurisdictional fund marketing and registration
- Managing client queries and workflows
- Drafting/negotiating fund-related agreements
- Coordinating closely with paralegals, project managers, and senior stakeholders
🌍 The practice spans private equity, private debt, VC, infrastructure, and hybrid funds—offering exposure to cutting-edge work in a global context.
🎯 About You
- Up to 4 years’ PQE in private funds (private debt experience especially valued)
- Background in a leading law firm or in-house at a fund manager
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage a high-quality, fast-paced workload
- Collaborative, confident and client-focused
