My client, a leading construction contractor, is seeking an experienced employment lawyer to join their HR team on an interim, part-time basis. This is a key role within the business, with the successful individual tasked with reviewing and transforming existing ways of working, strengthening employment practices, and providing strategic and pragmatic employment law support across the organisation.
The role will be integral to the continued development of the HR function and offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer to make a tangible impact.
