Derivatives & Trading Lawyer – Transactional Focus (1 – 4PQE)

We are seeking a skilled lawyer to handle a broad range of high-quality transactional work. Key responsibilities include:

• Negotiating derivative and trade documents between broker-dealers and hedge funds, overseeing documentation and execution for fund launches and ongoing transactions.
• Providing day-to-day advisory services to buy-side clients, with a working knowledge of regulatory issues (training provided).
• Structuring and reviewing innovative financial products.
• Assisting with hedging queries, collateral, and regulatory matters in broader transactions.
• Conducting global research on emerging products and regulations.
