We are currently working with a top tier off-shore law firm looking for a corporate / transactional lawyer to join their knowledge function in Bermuda. This is an exciting position that allows for more work/life balance in a desirable location. This is ideal for current Knowledge Lawyers looking for a change or corporate fee-earners looking to diversify.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Closely liaising with the corporate partners and fee-earning team.
- Providing and producing updates on client publications and articles.
- Drafting and updating legal precedents and training materials.
- Developing and improving upon firm innovative content tailored to promoting legal know-how.
Key Requirements
- Suitable for a lawyer keen to provide thought leadership and comment on a broad variety of transactional law-related matters.
- Strong research and drafting skills, with excellent knowledge of the transactional space.
- Experience in a Knowledge Lawyer role or similar is highly advantageous but not essential.
