Job Description
We are working on an exciting new role with an exceptional offshore firm that is looking to add to their top tier offshore corporate team.
The work includes a broad mix of complex, cross-border corporate, funds and financing transactions – representing many of the largest funds, banks, PE firms and corporations across several other sectors, alongside the top onshore firms.
They are consistently ranked in tier 1 in all major legal directories and have offices in several major financial centres.
Requirements:
- You must be a lawyer qualified in England & Wales, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa.
- 3 – 6 PQE with experience working in the corporate, funds or finance practice at an international law firm or top local firm.
Please note: you will be based in the London office but will work primarily on cross-boarder transactions with an Offshore element.
