We are working on an exciting new role with an exceptional offshore firm that is looking to add an associate (5 - 7 PQE) to their top tier global corporate team in London.

They are consistently ranked in tier 1 across the offshore region in all major legal directories and offer the opportunity to work on a broad mix of complex cross-border corporate transactions including both public and private M&A as well as ECM deals.

The firm has offices in several major financial centres including London, Hong Kong and Singapore and routinely works with other top onshore firms.

Requirements:

  • You must be a lawyer qualified in England & Wales, Scotland, Ireland, Australia or New Zealand
  • 5 - 7 PQE with experience working in the corporate practice at an international law firm or top local firm
