We’re working with a leading City firm looking to appoint a Senior Professional support Lawyer to support its real estate group.
This is a strategic knowledge role with a broad scope combining legal expertise, innovation, and training to help drive quality, efficiency, and growth across the practice.
The role will involve:
- Leading legal research and analysis on market and regulatory developments
- Creating and curating know-how, tools, and legal tech solutions
- Delivering engaging training for lawyers at all levels
- Supporting BD teams with thought leadership and client-facing content
- Helping drive innovation through document automation and AI integration
- Collaborating with practice leaders on knowledge strategy and development initiatives
What they’re looking for:
- A qualified solicitor 7+ PQE with solid experience in real estate
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive mindset, able to spot opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Prior experience as a Knowledge Lawyer is advantageous but not essential
