International Climate Solutions and Carbon reduction company is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to join their team. Working directly with the General Counsel, you will work across M&A, corporate governance (expanding entities) and investor agreements - with a particular focus in emerging markets.
This is an excellent opportunity to get direct international experience with a broad remit of in-house responsibility (70% corporate, 30% commercial) and work with an ever-growing space in the carbon reduction industry. The requirement for office time is 2 days a week.
Ideal profile: 8+ PQE ideally with international experience in M&A and corporate governance.
