The role will involve: ~ Leading legal research and analysis on market and regulatory developments ~ Creating and curating know-how, tools, and legal tech solutions ~ Delivering engaging training for lawyers at all levels ~ Supporting BD teams with thought leadership and client-facing content ~ Helping drive innovation through document automation and AI integration ~ Collaborating with practice leaders on knowledge strategy and development initiatives What they’re looking for: ~ A qualified solicitor 7+ PQE with solid experience in real estate ~ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills ~ A proactive mindset, able to spot opportunities for innovation and improvement ~ Prior experience as a Knowledge Lawyer is advantageous but not essential
