My client is a prestigious, national logistics business looking to hire a junior lawyer into their group legal team.
This person will be part of a small team supporting the company on the commercial and operational affairs of the business.
Key responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wider range of key commercial contracts, as well as broader ad-hoc matters including procurement, health and safety, construction, M&A, employment and marine law.
The successful candidate will be qualified in England and Wales, with a minimum of 1PQE.
Crucially, this person needs strong experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and have a good grounding from experience gained in a top tier law firm.
In addition to commercial contracts, procurement and construction exposure would also be helpful.
