My client is an established private construction contractor, looking for an additional construction lawyer to join its small and collaborative legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the business across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious construction matters, supporting both their construction and interiors business divisions.

The ideal candidate will have 6+PQE with strong construction law experience gained in private practice and/or in an in-house environment. Experience advising on construction and engineering contracts, ideally including standard forms such as JCT, NEC and PPC2000 is required. Some contentious construction experience would be beneficial.

The role offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to become a trusted legal adviser to operational and commercial teams across the business. For a more experienced candidate, flexibility/a part-time working arrangement will be considered. The position will be predominantly remote.
