Reporting to the General Counsel, this is an excellent opportunity for a generalist financial services/commercial lawyer who is seeking a varied role within a small legal team.

Your responsibilities will be diverse, from advising on FCA regulatory matters and FS-specific agreements (e.g. adviser arrangements), to more mainstream commercial/technology/privacy matters, to governance, and risk management projects in general.

You will be a UK-qualified solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE. Commercial and FCA experience are both essential, as is some experience of having worked in-house in the financial services sector.

Preferably Somerset-based with hybrid arrangements.
