Associate - Corporate

We are working with a global law firm that is looking to add an associate to their growing corporate team in London.

Work:

• A wide range of multijurisdictional corporate matters, including both public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, corporate governance and corporate reorganisations.

Requirements:

• You must be a lawyer qualified in England & Wales, Ireland, Scotland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa.
• 3 – 6 years of post-qualification experience working on Corporate transactions at an international law firm or top local firm.
