Description: MRA Search is recruiting a 2-5PQE Legal Counsel on behalf of a global travel company. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Legal and work in a supportive and collaborative environment on a broad range of commercial contracting matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, service agreements, supplier agreements, and IT contracts.
- Advise on data privacy matters.
- Lead client-facing negotiations.
