We’re looking for a chartered accountant (ACA/ACCA) to take on a senior leadership role within a growing boutique Corporate Finance practice. This is a standout opportunity for someone currently operating at Manager, Senior Manager or Associate Director level who is ready to step up and take ownership of a team, a pipeline, and the future direction of a CF offering.

You’ll lead and mentor a talented group, oversee high‑quality execution across buy‑side and sell‑side mandates, and play a visible role in the market. Around 30% of the role will involve origination — building relationships, spotting opportunities, and helping shape the firm’s deal flow — but this is not a pure BD role. Your technical grounding and deal leadership will be just as important.

We’re open on background: You may come from Corporate Finance, M&A or Transaction Services, and you do not need Big 4 experience. In fact, experience in a boutique or mid‑tier environment is highly valued, especially if you’re used to working closely with business owners, managing multiple workstreams, and operating with autonomy.

If you’re commercially sharp, confident with clients, and excited by the chance to influence strategy, culture and growth, this role offers genuine progression, visibility, and the ability to make a meaningful impact in a fast‑moving advisory business.
