We’re looking for a personable, proactive, and tech-savvy Training and Process Support Analyst to join their growing IT team. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Delivering tailored training sessions on IT systems, legal applications, and internal processes (1-to-1 and group)
  • Supporting departments with process-related queries and helping them follow best practices
  • Assisting with the rollout of new systems and ensuring smooth user adoption
  • Creating clear, easy-to-follow user guides and documentation
  • Providing hands-on support for internal systems, resolving “how-to” queries
  • Helping onboard new starters with system/process training
  • Monitoring usage to identify training needs and areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with IT, Compliance, and department heads to keep processes sharp and consistent
