We are looking for a personable, proactive Training and IT Support professional to join their growing IT team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves helping others, is confident delivering training at all levels, and wants to play a key role in driving positive change across the organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering tailored training sessions (1-to-1 and group) on IT systems, applications, and internal processes
- Providing hands-on helpdesk support, resolving how-to queries and system issues
- Supporting departments with process-related queries and helping them follow best practices
- Assisting with new system rollouts and ensuring smooth user adoption
- Creating clear, easy-to-follow user guides and documentation
- Onboarding new starters with system and process training
- Monitoring system usage to identify training needs and areas for improvement
- Collaborating with IT, Compliance, and department heads to streamline and improve processes
- Traveling to other offices when needed
Who We’re Looking For
- IT background essential, though you don’t need to be super techy; you should be comfortable sitting on the helpdesk at times
- Friendly, approachable, and confident engaging with colleagues at all levels
- Experience delivering training or onboarding in a professional services or public sector setting (experience in the public sector is a bonus but not required!)
- Strong understanding of business processes and a knack for spotting inefficiencies
- Confident explaining systems and processes in a clear, user-friendly way
- Good organisational skills, able to juggle multiple priorities
- Confidence training staff across all levels and departments
- A willingness to work across teams to review and improve processes
- Happy to muck in and help out – it’s a small, supportive team!
- A full driving licence and willingness to travel between office locations
