Job Summary: The Recruitment Administrator will support the HR department in managing the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers. This role is ideal for someone with excellent organisational skills, recruitment experience and a passion for human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and posting of job advertisements on various platforms.
- Screen applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Communicate with candidates regarding their application status and interview details.
- Assist in the preparation of recruitment reports and metrics.
- Support the HR team with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a recruitment or administrative role is essential.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Working Hours: 22.5 Monday to Friday. Hybrid Working. (3 days on site)
