We are seeking a proactive and creative Internal Communications Specialist to support the rollout of a new internal communications platform across NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER. Working closely with HR, leadership, and the Brand & Customer team, you’ll help shape how we connect with our teams and bring our culture to life through engaging content.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of tailored internal communications strategies for NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER, in collaboration with store CEOs, HRBPs and key stakeholders
  • Create engaging written and visual content for the new internal communications platform, tailored to different business areas
  • Build templates, content calendars, and tone-of-voice guidelines in partnership with the Brand and Customer team
  • Work with internal teams to ensure content is accessible, on-brand, and aligned with company values and culture
  • Build a structured handover including a content plan, templates, and feedback mechanisms for future use

Requirements

  • 2–4 years’ experience in internal communications, content creation, or employee engagement
  • Excellent written communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and the ability to create clear, engaging copy
  • Comfortable using tools like Canva, SharePoint, or similar platforms to create and manage content
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with good time management and a proactive, collaborative mindset
  • A creative thinker who enjoys coming up with ideas and solutions that improve employee experience
