We have a fantastic opportunity for a Site Content Executive to join the MR PORTER Site Content Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing the MR PORTER global Trading Calendar. Working closely with Buying, Marketing, Editorial and Upload teams, as well as the regional teams to deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience. The role is extremely cross‑functional and requires excellent communication and project management skills as well as a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the global Trading Calendar, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities, seasonal campaigns, product launches, editorial features and promotional activity. Considering device type, customer group and region
- Ensure all content and trading activity for all customer groups is planned, communicated, and executed accurately and on schedule.
- Act as the central point of contact between Buying, Brand Marketing, and channel/regional teams, leading monthly planning and trading meetings to ensure Exclusives, New Brands, and Pre-Launch activity is executed in line with investment levels and tiering strategy, driving aligned marketing output across all channels.
- Work closely with the editorial team to plan & integrate relevant content within customer journey
- Contribute to website migration and the platform transformation project, working closely with the tech team on site content developments including testing and implementation of new features
- Weekly and monthly content performance, including campaign, brands and editorial identifying actions to drive performance.
- Input into campaign briefs and social shoots, and own onsite campaign execution, collaborating closely with Visual Merchandising and Brand Campaigns teams to ensure product and fashion direction aligns with the buying vision and delivers a cohesive customer journey.
- End of campaign reporting, ensuring lessons learnt are documented for future campaigns
- Deputise for the Content Manager, supporting with tasks as requested
Qualifications
- Strong commercial and strategic acumen paired with creative flair
- In‑depth understanding of the global luxury consumer and retail landscapes across markets
- Proven track record of project management (end‑to‑end) and analytical skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with sharp attention to detail
- Highly computer literate with advanced knowledge of e‑commerce environments
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability and confidence to liaise at all levels
- Excellent work ethos, organisational skills, ability to show flexibility and initiative
- Experience in training, mentoring and ideally managing
