MR PORTER are looking for a Senior Producer to partner with the Brand and Creative teams to manage the production of Creative content and Marketing projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented organizer to join a busy team as part of the company’s in-house creative division.

Responsibilities
- Review project briefs and contribute to briefing meetings to ensure details are comprehensive by trouble-shooting and highlighting any issues to ensure Creative deliver the best solution
- Responsible for the smooth movement of workflow through the design and editorial teams with respect to deadlines, quality and accuracy. This will mean providing first level support to the Creative team
- Receive briefs from the business and schedule necessary resources, whilst monitoring progress through to delivery and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and project team
- Responsible for maintaining the Production schedule and allocation of Creative resources whilst liaising with department managers.
- Oversee allocated Production schedule requirements are met on time by following up with workflow managers, across Editorial, Marketing and Press teams and also external suppliers, etc.
- Manage and produce fashion and video shoots from conception for web or print. This includes, but is not limited to commissioning photographers and video directors, photo library research, prop and sample sourcing, model, hair, and make-up artist bookings. The producer will be required to be on set for the shoots they produce and travel where necessary (government guidelines permitting).
- Prepare and communicate detailed production schedules, timing plans and estimating, building relationships with suppliers as well as maintaining existing ones
- Identifying resourcing issues and liaising with internal team managers to provide and plan support
- Manage monthly budgets and spend on assigned projects based on projections and effectively accounting for and managing quotes, recording costs and billing of the jobs
- Support Creative initiatives and projects by means of planning, research, costing and workflow management
- Constantly updating and implementing production workflow processes that help improve efficiencies across both the production and the wider creative editorial team.
The Type Of Person We Are Looking For
- Strong organizational and communication skills are a must as is having a fantastic eye for detail and accuracy
- Experience in managing fashion shoots and videos, as well as liaising with photographer, model and stylist agencies is essential
- The ideal candidate will have knowledge of pre-press and print-related procedures and previous experience within a trafficker/coordinator role
- The candidate should have experience of working as part of a team, able to establish good relationships with colleagues on different levels, having good judgment, a sense of initiative and a professional working manner
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high degree of pro-activity and resourcefulness and maintain a professional approach to all elements of the role
- You must be able to approach all problems and issues with a positive ‘can do’ attitude plus be confident with maintaining current relationships with clients whilst always looking to develop new ones
- Excellent attendance and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Degree of flexibility in their method and also working hours
- A great trouble-shooter - ability to think clearly and calmly when faced with issues or problems and a natural logical thinker
- Ability to cope well with the demands of a rapidly growing company
- Excellent work, client and customer care ethos
