Location: Shepards Bush (4 out of 5 days office based). Reporting into: Art Director.

What you’ll be doing:
- Support the Creative Director & Art Director when required
- Creation of assets for usage across digital, brand marketing, editorial, email, brand partnerships and social
- Assist with the rollout of 360 campaigns across all touchpoints including digital, paid media, and social
- Where appropriate, create branding and graphic treatments for campaign launches, collaborations, marketing activations, and social media franchises
- Ensure the brand maintains a sophisticated sense of typography
- Become a brand guardian by reviewing designs for consistency and ensuring they uphold the style guide
- Play a pivotal role in delivering best in class creative which aligns with the visual language of MR PORTER
- Create mood boards and concepts for photoshoots, campaigns and experiences
- Commissioning of creative talent including photographers, film makers, motion designers and illustrators
- Keep up to date with industry trends and be ready to bring innovative new ideas and be able to interpret them into fantastic creative
- Ensure you have the relevant experience of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite and Figma) and stay abreast of software changes and industry trends
The Type Of Person We Are Looking For:
- Ability to work quickly from concept to finished product
- Great taste levels and an awareness of emerging trends within fashion, photography, and moving image
- Proven ability to multi-task, work to stringent deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Pro-active and able to show initiative/ideas to continuously improve the visual language of the brand
- Experience in Art Direction and providing on set direction across photo and film shoots
- Demonstrates a positive and collaborative attitude
- Excellent verbal, visual and written communication skills
- Experience in motion is ideal but not required
