MR PORTER is seeking an Optimisation Lead to join the Site Analytics team, supporting NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER. You will identify opportunities to improve onsite performance through optimisation priorities, experimentation and AI-driven capabilities.

You will translate insights into testable hypotheses, build an experimentation framework, and work with trading and user behaviour teams to refine ranking, search and recommendations for a better customer experience.
