Role Overview
MR PORTER are now seeking a talented Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Executive to join the team.
Location: Our Westfield office in London
Reporting to: Affiliate Marketing Manager
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (4 days in office)

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager in executing the affiliate and influencer strategy, helping to drive customer acquisition, engagement and commercial growth across both channels.
- Build and manage relationships with affiliate partners, networks and creator talent, proactively identifying new partnership opportunities, negotiating commercial optimisations and briefing and coordinating the delivery of best‑in‑class campaigns.
- Produce weekly, monthly and ad hoc performance reporting, analysing results to generate actionable insights, measure success and communicate recommendations and learnings to key stakeholders.
- Maintain key team resources, including campaign calendars, budget trackers, creative briefs and post‑campaign reporting.
- Identify, recruit and onboard new affiliate partners and creators to strengthen and diversify MR PORTER's partnership portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing, Social, PR, Editorial, Buying, Finance and Global Marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns and ensure seamless execution.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity and the evolving creator landscape, proactively identifying new partnership opportunities and innovative ways to enhance performance.
- Champion the MR PORTER brand by ensuring all affiliate and influencer activity is executed to the highest standard and aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years’ experience in affiliate or digital marketing, ideally within a luxury, fashion, e‑commerce or affiliate agency environment.
- Commercially minded with strong analytical skills and confidence using Excel and reporting platforms to evaluate performance and identify opportunities.
- An excellent communicator with the ability to build collaborative relationships and negotiate effectively with partners.
- A proactive, self‑motivated individual who takes ownership, demonstrates initiative and is committed to continuous learning and development.
- Solutions‑focused, with sound judgement, strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented and enthusiastic, bringing a collaborative mindset, innovative thinking and a positive approach to driving business growth.
