We’re looking for a proactive and creative Internal Communications Specialist to support the rollout of a new internal communications platform across NET‑A‑PORTER and MR PORTER. Working closely with HR, leadership, and the Brand & Customer team, you’ll help shape how we connect with our teams and bring our culture to life through engaging content.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of tailored internal communications strategies for NET‑A‑PORTER and MR PORTER, in collaboration with store CEOs, HRBPs and key stakeholders
- Create engaging written and visual content for the new internal communications platform, tailored to different business areas
- Build templates, content calendars and tone‑of‑voice guidelines in partnership with the Brand and Customer team
- Work with internal teams to ensure content is accessible, on‑brand and aligned with company values and culture
- Build a structured handover including a content plan, templates and feedback mechanisms for future use
Type of person we are looking for:
- 2–4 years’ experience in internal communications, content creation or employee engagement
- Excellent written communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and the ability to create clear, engaging copy
- Comfortable using tools like Canva, SharePoint or similar platforms to create and manage content
- Organised and detail‑oriented, with good time management and a proactive, collaborative mindset
- A creative thinker who enjoys coming up with ideas and solutions that improve employee experience
