I am looking for an experienced Multi-Sports Coach to help develop and progress my business. Mr Nic's Sports Academy Ltd is a young but rapidly growing company which has 3 core values: Inclusive, Challenging and Fun. You will work in a variety of schools in the Leicester/Lutterworth area teaching/providing high quality PE lessons, morning/lunch and after school clubs.
Before applying you must have the following:
- Own transport is essential
- DBS or CRB
- Relevant coaching qualifications
- Experience in working in primary schools
- Reliable
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive physical activity and school sport sessions.
- Teach a variety of sports and activities.
- Ensure pupils are actively participating and developing their skills.
- Create a positive and motivating teaching environment.
- Encourage pupils to enjoy physical activity and a healthy lifestyle.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
- Monitor and assess progress, providing feedback and support to enhance learning.
- Collaborate with school staff and parents to promote the importance of physical education and encourage participation in sporting activities.
Requirements:
- Relevant coaching qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience working with primary school-aged children.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of a variety of sports and activities.
- Knowledge of the PE Curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate.
- Enthusiasm for promoting physical activity and healthy lifestyles.
- Ability to adapt to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Reliable and punctual, with a professional and approachable personality.
