A Level 2 Commis Chef Apprentice is required to work alongside chefs and the kitchen manager. Duties include:

  • Menu planning
  • Costing
  • Kitchen layout
  • Fridge and freezer daily management
  • Data logging
  • Lunchtime menu service
  • Evening bar menu service

All services are done under the supervision of the kitchen manager or bar manager.
