As Content Executive, you will support our eCommerce function and play a key role in forming a link between our creative content and our eCommerce platforms. While the wider Content team focuses on campaigns and strategy, you will ensure the day-to-day content is created, organised, formatted correctly, and uploaded to our Brand websites in a timely manner. This will include email campaigns, onsite banners & onsite landing pages. This is a busy, varied role that blends creative writing with operational admin. One hour you might be writing the first draft of a how-to guide for our new tomato range, and the next you might be resizing images or organising our asset management system.
Core Responsibilities:
- Uploading new images into our asset system, tagging them correctly and keeping the folder structure tidy so the team can find what they need.
- Assisting in organising and optimising our back-catalogue of content and uploading new blog posts and articles to the websites.
- Handling basic image edits (cropping, resizing, converting file types).
- Writing clear, persuasive product copy that supports the customer journey and helps customers understand what they are buying and how to get the best results.
- Assisting in updating text, swapping out products on seasonal web landing pages (e.g., changing "Spring Sowing" to "Summer Blooming").
- Monitoring internal content requests and checking that we have all the info we need (deadlines, specs) before passing it to content creators.
- Assist in organising small photo/film shoots by chasing up product samples, printing shot lists, or booking deliveries.
We are looking for someone who is a highly organised, detail-driven content executive with 1â2 yearsâ experience in a marketing or content role. You enjoy combining creative writing with structured, process-led tasks and take pride in producing accurate, on-brand work in a fast-paced environment. You will also have:

- Demonstrable ability to adapt tone of voice for different brand identities, audiences, and platforms.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines.
- A collaborative results focused approach.
- The ability to quickly learn new systems and platforms (experience with Shopify and/or Gem Pages is desirable).
- Confidence using Canva and/or Photoshop for basic image editing.
- An interest in gardening and horticulture is desirable.
The world of gardening should be accessible to all and itâs important that our teams reflect the diversity of our customers, ensuring that our products meet everyoneâs needs.
