We are seeking an Autocentre Manager to join our friendly team and assist with the development of our branch. Our Autocentre Managers are role models who lead and motivate their teams to achieve and exceed targets that generate shared benefits for the branch and ensure customer satisfaction. Effective communication with our clientele is crucial for generating repeat and new business, enhancing the profitability and success of your branch.
If you have a polite, conscientious, and enthusiastic disposition and align with our ethos, we encourage you to get in touch. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced workshop controller or an exceptional Assistant Manager / Vehicle Technician looking to advance to the next level. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and qualifications in the motor industry, excellent customer service skills, a desire to succeed, and the ability to develop and lead a successful team.

Responsibilities of our Autocentre Managers include:
- Promoting and maintaining the company image as a brand ambassador.
- Maximising volume to meet profit and financial targets.
- Coordinating and supporting the work of Autocentre staff.
- Ensuring the security of stock and monies, being accountable for losses.
- Maintaining high standards of house-keeping.
Hours: 48 hours per week (8:30-17:30 Mon to Fri & 8:30-17:30 Sat)
