Mr Baker is a well-established locally loved business that is the heart of our community and family. This is the first time we are bringing a manager into the business to work closely with us to drive the business forward.
As our Site Manager, you will be supporting and working alongside the owners to establish standards and build a successful and smooth operation with scope to grow and develop the concept.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a diverse team to deliver exceptional service.
- Manage all daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory, and quality control.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Guide recruitment, training and development of all team members to reach their full potential.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and budgets.
