We're looking for a Communications & Content Partner who loves storytelling, thrives on creativity, and knows how to turn moments, ideas and information into content that informs, engages and inspires. This is more than a communications role. You'll be a content creator and digital innovator, bringing to life the people, projects and successes that make Mr Apple unique. From orchards and packhouses to cool stores and business support teams, you'll create content that keeps our people informed, connected and supported - including news stories, business updates, safety messages, induction videos and more.

What you'll be doing

  • Creating engaging content across internal communications, social media and digital platforms
  • Planning, filming, editing and producing video content across our business
  • Transforming information into clear, engaging and visually appealing communications
  • Supporting learning and development initiatives through creative multimedia content
  • Bringing safety, wellbeing and operational messages to life through video, animation and other channels
  • Partnering with leaders and teams to uncover and share meaningful stories
  • Managing multiple projects and content campaigns from concept to completion
  • Exploring emerging technologies, AI tools and digital platforms that enhance communication and employee experience.

What you'll bring

  • Experience in communications, marketing, digital media, content creation or a related field
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to adapt your style for different audiences
  • Experience in creating, filming and editing video content
  • An eye for design and strong visual communication skills
  • Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut or similar platforms
  • Confidence building relationships and working with people at all levels of an organisation
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • A strong interest in AI, emerging technologies and digital innovation
