Mr Apple (Internal Jobs) is seeking a Pastoral Care Operations Manager to lead pastoral care services across our RSE programme. This role focuses on people leadership, coordinating accommodation, wellbeing and operational activities while ensuring a positive experience for our seasonal workforce.
You will manage up to five Pastoral Care Coordinators, build strong stakeholder relationships, handle competing priorities and drive continuous improvement across multiple sites.
