Responsibilities:
- Work closely with developers, product owners, and clients to identify issues with quality within MQUBE’s suite of products.
- Identify cultural or systemic issues with quality and help to resolve them.
- Stay up-to-date with technologies, trends, and processes that surround quality assurance.
- Ensure Developers and Product Owners remain focused on ensuring products are of the highest quality.
- Analyse and understand MQUBE’s processes and help to shape the future of MQUBE’s processes.
- Use pre-existing online tooling to report defects and ensure their resolution.
Requirements:
- A genuine interest in products, engineering, and building solutions that people love.
- Familiarity with quality assurance tools and frameworks.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Minimum of a C-grade or a 4 in both English and Mathematics, or equivalent qualifications.
- Familiarity with software development tooling.
- Experience with agile processes.
- Understanding of user experience (UX) principles.
- Experience with web development, mobile app development, or other software domains.
