Job Description: Graduate Insurance Account Handler

We are very excited to be offering this opportunity for an individual ready to start their career with a growing insurance brokerage that offers a professional and progressive environment.Established in 2009, my client is a company grounded in the Insurance market as experts. They have built their business model on passion for their clients ensuring their financial security. The ethos behind their success is to treat their clients’ businesses as their own, finding the best value cover or the most comprehensive policies for each business and individual. This is what separates them from their competitors. The service they provide is bespoke and individually tailored, all insurance packages are brokered with the client’s needs and security in mind.

Headlines

• Salary: circa £27k.

• Benefits: 28 days paid holiday (inc. Bank Holidays), Onsite gym, potential onsite parking.

• Location: Brentford, London, onsite Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

The successful candidate can expect:

• A highly ambitious team that works collaboratively to achieve your personal and professional goals whilst being a significant contributor to the overall success of the organisation.

• Working with leading insurance technologies, namely Acturis.

• Regular one to one and bi-annual performance and salary reviews.

• Training with ‘Cert CII qualification’ offered.

• Working collaboratively with Managing Director.

Candidates’ day to day operations and functions:

• Supporting account handlers and account executives with processing of insurance policies.

• Implementing end to end administration of claims.

• Working with leading insurance providers to administer policies and claims for clients.

• Working towards achieving Cert CII (Certified Chartered Insurance Institute).

• Being trained to manage renewals, policies, and claims administration.

What we are looking for:

• Graduate degree with a minimum of 2.1.

• Minimum B/6 in English & Mathematics.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Attention to detail is critical.

• Positive and proactive attitude.

• Must be a team player.
