Shape the Future of HR at MPS! Are you an experienced HR professional ready to take the next step? Motion Picture Solutions is looking for a confident and knowledgeable HR Advisor to partner with managers across UK, US, EMEA and Australia and deliver expert guidance across the employee lifecycle. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to influence positive change in a growing organisation under the mentorship of our Senior HR Business Partner.

What You’ll Do
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on HR policies and processes.
- Manage ER cases (disciplinary, grievance, performance) up to moderate complexity.
- Support recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
- Maintain HR systems and ensure compliance with GDPR and employment law as well as Payroll administration for our 140 employees.
- Contribute to HR projects, including engagement, EDI, and learning initiatives.
- Deliver training sessions and coach managers to build capability.
What We’re Looking For
- Solid HR generalist experience, including ER case management.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) preferred.
