What You’ll Do:
- Support the recruitment process from job adverts to appointments, liaising with managers on interviews, pre-employment checks, and offers.
- Prepare and process recruitment data, ensuring compliance with procedures, regulations, and safeguarding standards.
- Update and maintain recruitment letters and guidance, keeping managers and colleagues informed with the latest resources.
- Assist with Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks, ensuring smooth application and submission processes.
- Maintain accurate HR and payroll records, adhering to data protection standards, and respond to enquiries with timely, accurate information.
- Help review processes and develop Standard Operating Procedures to improve efficiency within the team.
What We’re Looking For:

- Experience: Previous admin or HR support experience is a plus, particularly in recruitment or employee services.
