MPS Concrete Solutions is looking for a Site Technician to join our field team on a permanent basis. The type of work we do includes:
- Structural concrete repairs including exposed re-bar
- Cosmetic concrete repairs
- Penetrations
- Resurfacing walkways and carparks
- Grouting
The work is technically demanding and the standard is high.
What the role involves:
- Repairing concrete damage – spalling, cracking, delamination, corrosion, structural deterioration.
- Surface preparation, application of repair mortars and epoxy systems, crack injection, rebar work where required.
- Quality checks, accurate daily documentation, and working safely on live sites.
You’ll report to the Installation Manager and work closely with the wider site team.
Ideally, what we're looking for:
- 2–5 years' experience in concrete repair or structural restoration
- CSCS card holder
- IPAF and PASMA
- Full UK driving licence – a company van is provided (mandatory requirement)
- Experience in waterproofing and resin injection is an advantage but we are happy to take on somebody willing and able to learn.
