MPS Concrete Solutions is looking for a Site Technician to join our field team on a permanent basis. The type of work we do includes:

  • Structural concrete repairs including exposed re-bar.
  • Cosmetic concrete repairs.
  • Penetrations.
  • Resurfacing walkways and carparks.
  • Grouting.

The work is technically demanding and the standard is high. What the role involves:

  • Repairing concrete damage - spalling, cracking, delamination, corrosion, structural deterioration.
  • Surface preparation, application of repair mortars and epoxy systems, crack injection, rebar work where required.
  • Quality checks, accurate daily documentation, and working safely on live sites.

You will report to the Installation Manager and work closely with the wider site team.

Ideally, what we're looking for:

  • 2–5 years' experience in concrete repair or structural restoration.
  • CSCS card holder.
  • IPAF and PASMA.
  • Full UK driving licence - a company van is provided (Mandatory requirement).
  • Experience in waterproofing and resin injection is an advantage but we are happy to take on somebody willing and able to learn.
