The Role
Mpro5 is an operational compliance platform that helps large, multi-location businesses run smoother, safer operations by unifying tasks, checks, and reporting into one easy-to-use system, built around how our customers’ teams already work.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable mpro5 solutions that align with our customers\’ specific business needs. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders, translating complex requirements into best-in-class solutions that drive efficiency.
Reporting to the Senior Solutions Architect, you will oversee the end-to-end solution design process, from gathering and interpreting requirements to implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult directly with mid- to large-enterprise customers to gather and interpret their requirements.
- Configure and implement business logic in mpro5 using SQL, including writing stored procedures.
- Provide customers with guidance on how best to achieve their goals through the mpro5 platform, sharing best practices and leveraging your experience.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Excellence team to ensure a consistent approach to quality and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Work alongside our project management team to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
- Follow QA processes to ensure all work is fully tested before it is released to the customer.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience implementing software solutions based on business requirements, leveraging product knowledge and configuration options.
- Strong experience in implementing business logic using SQL, including writing stored procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with customers to understand requirements and advise on the optimal way to implement them.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
- Solid knowledge of IT methodologies and software development life cycles.
- Practical experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Zendesk for development, support, and documentation.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies and workflows.
