About the Role
We\βre looking for a skilled Level 3 Vehicle Technician to join our busy workshop team. You\βll be servicing, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles to the high standards our customers expect. MOT testing is a bonus, but not essential β training can be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform servicing, maintenance and repairs (mechanical & electrical)
- Use diagnostic tools to identify and correct faults
- Carry out vehicle inspections and health checks
- Road test vehicles to ensure repairs are complete and correct
- Ensure work meets manufacturer / company standards and safety regulations
- Maintain a tidy, safe and efficient working environment
What We Want in You
- NVQ / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a technician on cars and possibly vans
- MOT licence is desirable (not essential)
- Full UK driving licence
- Good communication & customer service skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and keen to learn new technology
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary Β£30,000 β Β£36,000 per year (dependant on skill and experience)
- On-target earnings (OTE) can take you up to Β£45,000+ with additional payments / overtime
