M Pro Recruitment is actively looking for a trainee recruitment consultant/Resourcer to work out of our Portchester office. Making sure you fit the guidelines as an applicant for this role is essential, please read the below carefully.
A Trainee Recruiter/Resourcer will have a variety of tasks around Recruitment and gain many skills from Sales, to learning the process of recruitment. In this role we will first teach you all that you need to know within Recruitment and our main focus will be how to deal with new business development.
Duties:
- Grow business with new and existing clients
- Qualify candidate's suitability for a position and person specifications to maximize each opportunity for placements
- Arrange and attend Client Meetings
- Have excellent Telephone skills - Confident phone handler
- Be able to use Microsoft Office software
- Have the drive to deliver
- Be willing to learn
