MPR Site Services are currently supporting a well-established construction and facilities services company based in the West Cheshire area. They service a longstanding client base across Cheshire, Wirral and North Wales. We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Builder to start on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bricklaying or roofing. You will be given a company van to cover all building requirements for both new construction projects and renovation work across the various areas of service.
Main duties:
- Laying bricks, blocks, and other types of building materials
- Constructing and repairing walls, foundations, partitions, arches, and other structures
- Reading and working from blueprints and drawings
- Measuring and cutting materials to required size
- Mixing mortar and cement
- Filling joints with mortar and finishing them
- Cleaning and maintaining work areas and tools
- Roofing
- General building requirements
Applicants must have:
- A strong background in either bricklaying or roofing
- CSCS card
- Own tools
- Full UK driving license
