MPR Site Services are currently supporting a leading commercial refurbishment & fit out company on a construction project in Manchester. We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager with a strong background in internal refurbishment and fit out projects. Internal refurbishment creating new workspaces and hotel.
Main duties:
- Ensuring contractual, legal and safety standards are met.
- Implementing quality management plans.
- Conducting site inspections.
- Managing compliance.
- Resolving defects.
- Managing subcontractor performance.
- Performing internal audits.
- Act as liaison with client and contractors.
- Defect management and snagging.
