MPR Site Services are currently supporting a Drylining Contractor based in the East Midlands. We are looking for a Construction Estimator with Drylining experience.
Main responsibilities:
- Overseeing all aspects of estimating processes, ensuring that tenders are prepared and submitted to clients ahead of deadlines.
- Developing long term relationships with both existing and prospective clients to secure work.
- Working closely with client’s QS and design team to meet project requirements.
- Pricing tenders from drawings and sketches, incorporating client feedback, preparing bill of quants, cost estimates and other technical documents.
- Provide assistance in take offs, project cost reporting and pricing.
- Work on Drylining packages up to a value of £10 million.
- Work with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Main Contractors.
