Join a business that believes in freedom, autonomy, and entrepreneurial spirit. At MPR Consulting, we work with employers to build capability in AI, Data, Technology, and Digital through apprenticeships. Our focus is simple: help organisations develop future-ready teams using funded, work-based programmes that deliver real business impact.

We’re now looking for a Business Growth Partner to take ownership of growth across our AI, Data, Tech, and Digital partner portfolio — managing the full commercial cycle from prospecting through to close.

The opportunity

This is not a traditional sales role. It’s a commercial partnership for someone who wants autonomy, responsibility, and upside in a fast-moving, high-growth sector. You’ll identify and engage employers who want to build AI, data, and digital capability, shape conversations around skills and workforce strategy, and close new business across apprenticeship programmes in these areas. You control your pipeline, your time, and your approach, with the backing of a consultancy that values independence and entrepreneurial thinking.

What you’ll do

  • Identify and target employer organisations with AI, Data, Tech, or Digital skills needs.
  • Engage senior decision-makers (HR, L&D, Finance, Operations, Technology leaders).
  • Lead discovery conversations around skills gaps, digital capability, and workforce planning.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to onboarding.
  • Position AI, Data, and Digital apprenticeships as strategic solutions, not training products.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with employer clients.
  • Collaborate with MPR to utilise our provider partner network.

Earnings & Progression

Self-employed / commission-only model. 25% of net sales value on employer business you originate and close. Commission paid upon receipt of client.
