To carry out hands-on production activities across the factory, including electronics assembly, wiring loom production, AC and DC panel build, accessory preparation, machine operation, and testing. Production Operatives support efficient, safe, and high-quality build processes and may rotate across multiple departments depending on business needs. This role requires developing competency across key areas such as AC and DC panel build, electrical wiring, testing, machine operation, and general assembly. Competency levels will be assessed through a formal skills matrix, which measures performance across the core responsibilities outlined in this job description. While operatives may specialise in a specific area (or subset of tasks), ongoing multi-skilling and cross-department development will be encouraged and rewarded in line with current pay structures. This approach supports both personal progression and operational flexibility across the organisation.
