Summary The role involves handling paperwork, maintaining records, liaising with drivers and customers, and ensuring smooth logistics processes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-pacedrole of the Transport Coordinator is to liaise daily with the Transport Manger, Production and Dealer Supportteams.

  • Administrative

Support: Maintain accurate transport records, update databases, and processdelivery paperwork.

The ideal candidate will collate, undertake pre-checks, book and invoiceall shipping.

Liaise with the Transport Manager, production and Dealer Support teams to ensureaccurate timescales for delivery.

Request Freight costs and record all communications on thedespatch schedule/PDI folders.

Preparation and filing of export paperworkeg EUR1 forms, certificates of origin, road permits, despatch notes, invoicing in line with our audit andcompliance rules and regulations, all other documentation associated with the outwardmovement of our machines.

Driver

Coordination: Communicate schedules, distribute job assignments, and ensure drivershave the necessary documentation.

Build excellent working relationships with existing freightcompanies and be main point of contact for all machine freight queries.

Work closely with Transport manager, production and dealer supportteam.

Communicate transport updates with internal team and directly with the Dealer.

Key skills & competencies Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP.

Knowledge of transport regulations and compliance (desirable).

Problem-solving and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Desired education & background Previous experience in a transport, logistics, or administrative role (essential).

Experience working with transport documentation and compliance (preferred).

Familiarity with transport management systems or logistics software (preferred).
