What You’ll Be Doing

  • Speaking with candidates and clients via phone, video, and email
  • Supporting senior consultants on live roles and active accounts
  • Learning how to win business and manage client relationships
  • Sourcing and engaging talent for mid–senior-level positions
  • Progressing toward running your own desk as you develop

What We’re Looking For

  • 6–18 months experience in sales, customer service, or a target-driven role
  • Confident communicator with a professional approach
  • Ambitious, competitive, and motivated by progression and earnings
  • Comfortable picking up the phone and learning fast
  • Open to feedback and eager to develop
