I’m currently supporting a well-established, mission-critical environment in the London area looking to appoint an M&E Supervisor to support building operations and engineering delivery.
This opportunity would suit someone with hands-on data centre experience looking to step into a more supervisory role within a high-performing data centre/critical environment.
The role:
- Supporting the Senior Building Manager across engineering operations
- Supervising maintenance works, small projects, and contractor activity
- Reviewing RAMS and ensuring safe delivery of works
- Working closely with internal teams and specialist contractors
- Supporting commissioning, compliance, and technical operations
- Ensuring all building systems (HVAC, BMS, etc.) are maintained to a high standard
Requirements:
- Experience in data centres or critical environments
- Strong HVAC and BMS knowledge
- Electrically or mechanically qualified (M&E background)
- Experience supervising works and contractors
- Understanding of compliance, health and safety, and engineering processes
- Well organised, proactive, and team-oriented
