We’re supporting a leading organisation in the data centre / critical infrastructure sector to hire a Cost Manager for their London team. This role sits within a project environment delivering high-value, mission-critical projects, with responsibility for end-to-end cost management across building and MEP works.
Key focus areas include:
- Cost planning, budgeting, and financial control
- Supporting procurement and tendering activities
- Contract administration, valuations, and final accounts
- Managing cost risk, change, and commercial performance
